KTM ADVENTURE 250/390 CRASH GUARDS

Construction – Adventure series KTM 390/250 Adv crash guard built is with heavy duty mild steel tubes with 6 mm thick laser cut brackets for precision fitment.
Tank Guard – Built with 27mm mild steel tube with built in frame sliders. Tank guard is supported with Engine Foundations and Ball Joint ensures better shock absorptions. Minimal design of tank guard ensures light weight construction.

Engine Guard – Engine guard is built with 22mm mild steel tube with 4 mount positions. Engine guard covers all critical touch points of engine at time of crash and at stand fall also. Minimal design of engine guard ensures light weight construction.

Ball Joint – Ball joint is pivot member of tank guard. Ball joint is engineered to absorb impact from tank guard. Its simple T bracket with SS ball bearing at one end with offset locking mechanism. Offset locking mechanism sits inside lower T with help of bolt.

Slider – KTM Adventure 390/250 crash guard comes with built in Polyamide sliders, offers great protection on tarmac and in trails also. Sliders designed in a cubical shape which best suitable for adventure motorcycles crash bars. In case of crash sliders will offer smoother movement of vehicle and prevent from flipping.

Aesthetics and Ergonomics – Crash Guard addition enhances motorcycles looks at greater extent. Along with look crash bar is designed considering critical ergonomic factors such as after crash movements, all potential movements of crash bar after crash causes no harm to the motorcycle or rider. Crash bars pipes are designed in such way that rider can move around motorcycle without interruption while riding.
