Cancellation Requests: To cancel order please contact our customer care service team @ 1800-8890-148 or sending an email to orders@reisemoto.com. You must mention your order number and reason of cancelation while applying request of Cancelation.
Cancellation Timeframe: You can cancel your order before it is shipped/Dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, you may still be able to cancel it, but you may be subject to a cancellation fee along with restocking fee and all courier charges.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If your order has been successfully cancelled, refund will be processed as per Refund Policy.
Partial Cancellations: If you wish to cancel only a portion/part of your order, please contact our customer care service team to check available options (if any). All cancellation decisions are at the sole discretion of the company.
Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your Product/s order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the tyre specifications/Accessories size/colour, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may not always be possible.
Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with our cancellation policy may result in your order being processed and shipped/dispatched as originally scheduled, and any refunds or cancellations may be subject to additional fees or charges.
