Participants are requested to go through these terms and conditions before participating in the ‘ “The Big Bikers Giveaway” which will be taking place at the Reise Moto stores situated at Chennai (hereinafter referred to as “Skill-Based Contest” or “Contest”), organized by Reise Moto, a division of Mahansaria Enterprises Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

As per the Company’s Contest the customers shall purchase products above ₹3000/- and write a slogan on “What does Joy of Riding Means to them” on a piece of paper provided by the store & dropped in a dedicated box kept at the above mentioned Company’s Reise Moto Store and such customers will qualify to win a Himalayan 450/ Action Camera/ Smart watches subject to theie respone on their slogan which will be selected by the Reise Moto Corporate Team after the end of promotion period & every eligible participant will get assured prizes from the Store from where the purchase (above Rs. 3,000/-) was made from (“Participant”) subject to terms and conditions set out herein.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The lucky draw is open to Participants aged above 18 years or older only.

1.2. Employees of the Company, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period

2.1. The Contest shall run from 01st April, 2025 till 31st May 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2.2. Entries received outside the Promotion Period shall not be considered.

2.3, This offer is only valid for the purchases made in the Reise Stores.

3. How to Enter

3.1. Participants must purchase one product or a collection of products for which the billing value must be more than Rs. 3000 from the Reise Moto store in Chennai and and write a slogan on “What does Joy of Riding Means to them” on a piece of paper provided by the store & dropped in a dedicated box kept at the store.

3.2. Each participant is allowed multiple entries.

3.3. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize Details

4.1. The prizes for the Contest include:

• First Prize: A Motorcycle (1 Skill based winner Himalayan 452CC)

• Second Prize: Action Camera (2 /Skill based winners)

• Third Prize: Smart Watches (2 /Skill based winners)

4.2 Assured gifts for all the Participants who purchase products worth more then Rs. 3000 from the Company’s Stores.

4.3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

5.1. Winners shall be selected randomly via manual draw in the second week of June, 2025.

5.2. The winners shall be announced within 1st or the 2nd Week of June, 2025 and actor Rannvijay Singha will announce the winners.( this depends on his availability )

5.3. If a winner does not claim the prize within seven (7) days, a new winner shall be selected.

6. General Terms

6.1. By participating, Participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

6.2. Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice. Company also reserves the right to modify, amend, edit these Terms and Conditions and all at times the Participants shall be bound by the latest version of the Terms and Conditions.

6.3. Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities without additional compensation.

6.4. Company is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or errors in the draw process.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

8.1 This Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this contest.

9.1 The Company, in its absolute discretion reserves the right at any time, without giving any previous notice to the participants, to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms & conditions, rules/guidelines of the Contest, wholly or in part.

10. Liability

10.1 The Company, its subsidiaries, and affiliates or any individual acting on behalf of the Company including but not limited to its officers, employees, director, agent, consultant, trainers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Contest. Participants assume all known and unknown risks and waive any claims against the Company for personal injury, death, property damage, or loss.

11. Taxation: On winnings TDS u/s 194B is applicable@30% which will be borne by the winner. Along with this the cost of registration of the vehicle on transfer will be paid by the winner.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 The Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances such as acts of God or any circumstance beyond the control of the Company. The Participant agrees that if due to any reason, whatsoever, beyond

the control of the Company the said Contest is cancelled or withdrawn or delayed, the Company cannot be held responsible and/or liable for the same,

12. Waiver

12.1 The Participant waives any and all the current and future claims against, and releases from all liability, the Company, its officers, employees, directors, guides, agents, affiliates, and representatives for any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss sustained as a result of his/ her participation in the Contest. The Participant also agrees not to sue any of the aforementioned parties.
